- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
