Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 3 pounds cubed beef stew meat 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 onion, minced 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 carrots, peeled and chopped 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch 2 teaspoons cold water 1 cup frozen peas
