- 1 (12 ounce) can corned beef 1/4 green bell pepper, chopped 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme salt and pepper to taste
