Spicy Cabbage Slaw

- ¾ cup very thinly sliced radishes
- 4 medium scallions, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
