Pork Chop n Kraut Dinner
A classic pairing of pork chops and tangy sauerkraut, slow-cooked or baked together for old-world flavor. Great with mashed potatoes or rye bread.

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 (14 ounce) cans bavarian sauerkraut, drained
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar 6 medium potatoes, peeled 1 1/2 cups water
