Pork Chop Dinner

A classic pork chop entrée, simply seasoned and pan-fried or baked. Served with a side of vegetables or mashed potatoes for a traditional and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

  • 6 pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick), trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt hot cooked rice
