Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless pork loin, cubed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 cups water
- 4 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cut green beans 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
