Pork and Veggie Saute
Quick sauté of pork strips with seasonal vegetables and light seasoning. A healthy, fast weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
- 1/2 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 1/2 cup julienned sweet red pepper
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced celery 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons honey hot cooked rice
