Picante Pork Skillet
Quick-cooked pork pieces in a zesty picante sauce with onions and peppers, all made in one skillet for easy prep and cleanup.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 cup picante sauce or additional salsa
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
- 1/3 cup peach preserves hot cooked rice
