Pear Braised Pork Tenderloin

Tender pork braised with fresh pears and a light wine sauce for a subtly sweet, elegant meal. Ideal for fall or winter entertaining.

  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced rosemary 1 (1 1/2 pound) pork tenderloin, cut in half
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground mixed peppercorns
  • 5 pearl onions, peeled and chopped
