Inside Out Pork Chops

A fun twist where stuffing ingredients are layered on top of pork chops rather than inside. Easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package corn bread/muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
