Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte

This pumpkin spice latte recipe is my take on our corner coffee shop's seasonal pumpkin spice latte. I loved it so much I had to make it at home! You can use canned pumpkin pie mix instead of puree if you like, since it contains the pumpkin pie spice already. Top with nutmeg or cinnamon and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger brewed espresso
