Dale's Lamb
I call this Dale's Lamb in honor of my late mother-in-law, Dale, who shared this wonderful grilled lamb recipe with me. It's a crowd-pleaser! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup lemon juice
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup dijon mustard
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger root, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (5 pound) leg of lamb, butterflied
