Dale's Lamb

I call this Dale's Lamb in honor of my late mother-in-law, Dale, who shared this wonderful grilled lamb recipe with me. It's a crowd-pleaser! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger root, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (5 pound) leg of lamb, butterflied
