Creamy Beef Casserole
A rich and creamy pasta bake with ground beef, cheese, and sour cream or cream of mushroom soup. A warm, filling dish ideal for potlucks and easy family dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
- 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
