Crab Rangoon in the Air Fryer
Crab rangoon turn extra crispy when cooked in the air fryer. Filled with crab, cream cheese, and spices these little crab puffs are a tasty Chinese-American treat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup seedless apricot fruit spread
- 1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon less-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice (from 1 orange)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces fresh lump crabmeat, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, grated (about 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 18 wonton wrappers
