Chili Beef Bake

A spicy, cheesy casserole with chili-flavored ground beef and pasta or rice—great for potlucks or easy weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper 12 (6 inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 6 slices process american cheese 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
