Breaded Pork Chops

Classic breaded and pan-fried pork chops with a crispy golden crust. Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad.

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4- inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
