Beef Stroganoff II

Another variation of the beloved beef stroganoff, possibly with sour cream or a wine-enhanced sauce. Tender, savory, and just as comforting as the original.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite size strips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 cups fat free sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
